Recycle 1

We have started an aluminum can recycling project at SHS. We want to recycle as many aluminum cans as we can. Beginning Tuesday, January 3, 2016, we will have a bin at the home basketball games for all aluminum cans. All students are also encouraged to bring their aluminum cans from home, and take them to Mr. Montoya's classroom. Let's make this project a success. We can all be better global citizens. All community members:  We will also accept all of your aluminum cans as well. Please contact Mr. Montoya at the high school at 575-483-3410.

Congratulations, Zac!

Zac

Zac participated in the Los Alamos Golf Tournament on September 19  and 20. Zac competed against 123 other golfers. On Tuesday, September 20, Zac finished first in the golf tournament. This 1st place finish qualifies Zac to participate in the state tournament in May. Zac was the first, and so far only golfer, to qualify for state. All golfers who place first in a tournament automatically qualify for the state tournament. Congratulation, Zac. We at SPRINGER HIGH SCHOOL are proud of you. Good luck the rest of the season!
