There will be a cheer meeting on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. All interested students in grades 8-12 please plan to attend.
SMS will issue devices this week. Kindergarten through 8th grade must bring a $25 deposit and high school students $50 before the devices will be issued. High school students will be issued a new laptop. Students will not be allowed to use their personal devices in school.
Following the sports meeting on August 15, the Springer Booster Club will sponsor a dinner for the community. Menu includes hamburgers, hot dogs, and chips. We are asking attendees to bring their own chair, a side dish and non alcoholic beverages. Suggested side dishes are pasta salad,, baked beans, and veggie trays.
There will be a mandatory meeting for all athletes, parents and guardians Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 5:30 pm in the Sim Brown Gym. If your child will be participating in any sport this year, please plan on attending.
